At the IARA Institute for Applied Research on Ageing, we work in an interdisciplinary, applied and participatory manner in collaboration with various stakeholders and individuals. Our aim at this conference is therefore to look at the topic of innovative regional healthcare in old age from different perspectives.

Presentations from here and abroad
We will start with an international exchange of experiences and presentations in English on the first day of the conference (online). The second day will then be dedicated to personal exchange on site in Villach, Austria, with perspectives from the healthcare system, politics and administration, ageing research from various disciplines and from our partner institutions.
We look forward to thinking, listening and discussing together.
Everyone who is interested in the conference topic is cordially invited. This also applies in particular to students who are or would like to be involved with the topic.
No participation fee.
