Micro-Credential Pilot in Czechia: Exercise Education Workshop

The course introduced participants aged 55+ to simple, safe, and sustainable exercises that benefit both body and mind. It focused on easy reset techniques that can be done daily, at home, in a chair, or lying down. It included Permanento principles as well as a practical home programme.

The Sustainable Exercise course brought a new perspective on active aging. It occurred on November 11th, 2024 in Prague and December 20th, 2024 in Kněžmost. The meeting just before Christmas evoked a festive atmosphere and offered a space for movement, sharing, stopping, and a pleasant mood for the end of the year.

Participants learned simple movement activities that can be easily incorporated into everyday life without special equipment. The program was divided into theoretical and practical parts, focusing on healthy, natural movement principles and specific exercise routines. The course emphasized safety, positive motivation and community cooperation.

Participants appreciated the kind approach of the lecturer, the friendly atmosphere, and the opportunity to share their experiences. The course also included access to an online section with a home exercise program promoting long-term daily exercise engagement.
